Job description:
· Manage the day-to-day operational activities o
· Responsible for payroll administration and ensure the HRMS is maintained promptly and accurately.
· Manage staff recreation activities and employee engagement activities.
· Assist in any ad-hoc HR projects.
· Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements
· At least degree in any business faculty
· At least 2 years' relevant working experience in HRM
· Good working knowledge of HR processes, practices and employment laws. Good excel knowledge.
· Able to meet tight deadlines
· High degree of professionalism and integrity
· Meticulous, resourceful and analytical
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
· Independent worker while being a good team player
