About Us:

Yee Lee Marketing is a joint-ventured company between Yee Lee Corporation and TCP Group, the owner of world renown energy drink brand, Red Bull, since 2023.

Together, both companies possess an extensive marketing and distribution network with strong business development capabilities covering various trade channels directly and via sub-distributors in West Malaysia and East Malaysia for famous FMCG's brands from beverages to household products: Red Bull Malaysia, Red Eagle, Vesawit, Spritzer, Cactus, Red Bull International, BIC, Warrior, Vanzo Malaysia and etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Marketing Manager to manage Social Media platform, Ecommerce, Website from campaign initiation, campaign direction, budget, raising awareness, improving traffic, generating leads and driving sales to establish the brand.
  • Establish effective working relationships with cross functional teams, vendors and agencies to develop Brand Building and Trade execution plans to be executed in market.
  • Gather and present information on market trends, competitor's situation and customer's needs.
  • ·Organise roadshow and exhibition for brand awareness.
  • Successfully execute all marketing plans in a timely manner.
  • Track A&P budgets and spending – towards maximizing gains and reducing costs.
  • Prepare Monthly reporting on brand and online performance and sales.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any related field - Marketing, Business, Economy, etc.
  • At least 1 year experience in FMCG / Consumer Food & Beverage preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
  • Able to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Able to work independently as well as able to work with the team.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English is a pre-requisite.
