Job Description:

a) Coordinate all storage activities to ensure parts operation performance achieving the target given by principal.

b) To handle documentation and filling system.

c) Follow up with Proton with backorder status.

d) Assist in the inventory control and storage activities such as plan claim parts order, checking inventory level, update record, prepare report required by the principal and filing.

e) Responsible for receiving and storage operation as well as ensuring integrity of stock inventory.

f) Ensure parts storage maintenance, cleanliness, safety and housekeeping (5S).

g) Conduct parts ordering based on Parts Ordering Tracking Sheet (POTS) and regularly update to Claim Advisor upon parts arrival.

Requirement:

1. Minimum Diploma in any related field.

2. Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.

3. Able to communicate in English and Malay (written and spoken).

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
