Customer Service Executive (Branch Operations)
- To assist CSOM to monitor daily branch operation activities
- To assist branch for defending CASA positions & to assist in new account opening target
- To promote & cross sales Banks product
- Assist CSOM to ensure the daily operation activities comply with the Banks SOP, to assist to complete the branch monthly RCSA & to reply on HO enquiry within the TAT
- Any other duties as and when required by CSOM & Branch Manager
