About the role

We are seeking a talented DTP Artist (Desktop Publishing Artist) to join our team at Percetakan Maju Intan SB, a leading graphic design studio based in Segambut, Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time DTP Artist, you will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' creative visions to life through exceptional desktop publishing and graphic design skills.

What you'll be doing

  • Retouch, resize, adapt and edit artwork; check files and prepare final artwork (FA) for printing.
  • Convert artwork/designs to print-ready files, ensuring all technical specifications are met (bleeds, safe area, correct resolution, color mode, etc.).
  • Handle internal printing and design jobs for the company and its subsidiaries.
  • Be involved in production of printing products (monitoring, checking output, etc.).
  • Liaise with production / print teams to ensure artworks match requirements.
  • Follow instructions, work independently, multitask across several projects.

What we're looking for

  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Diploma in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • Minimum ~2 years of working experience in related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign.
  • Familiarity with Mac OS for work.
  • Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
  • Creative, self-motivated, able to follow instructions; good at multitasking.
