Site Supervisor - Hyperscale Data Center ProjectsAbout the Role:We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee on -site construction activities for our hyperscale data center projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:Supervise subcontractors during on -site installations.Attend site meetings with Consultants and Clients.Promote safety awareness among subcontractors, site supervisors, and clients.Perform site coordination, inspections, quality control (ISO compliant), and testing & commissioning.Manage on -site workforce, including subcontractors and laborers.Assign tasks and oversee their completion.Ensure proper use of tools and materials.Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Identify and mitigate potential hazards.Coordinate between teams to avoid conflicts or overlaps.Ensure materials and equipment are available when needed.Manage site logistics, including deliveries and storage.Track daily progress of construction activities.Report delays or issues to the Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager.Maintain a daily log of site activities, incidents, and inspections.Document worker attendance and productivity. RequirementsDiploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the data center or construction field.Proficient in written English.Ability to multitask effectively with a positive attitude.Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with a high level of commitment and initiative.Familiarity with ISO documentation.Ability to work independently.Computer literate.
