Job description
Responsibility and requirement:
- To attend and coordinate all site matters between consultants, contractors and relevant authorities.
- . Oversee work packages and work is delivered as per approved works specifications, quality, and work plan to meet project deadlines
- Primary point of contact for the construction supervision of the project between the contractors, clients and consultants
- Responsible for following up with and monitoring instructions and commitment by various parties
- Resolving site issues and providing early resolution to technical issues on site.
- Review contractors project execution plan, quality control plan, and other related documents
- Supervise execution of technical aspects of the project
- Representing client on all important meetings concerning the project.
- Monitor site progress and performances and report back to management.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Civil Engineering;
- Proficient in both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in related field.
- Based in Skudai, Johor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5, RM6,500.00 per month
