JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement retail and channel sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales KPIs, category performance, and campaign ROI; recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Drive sell-through via effective promotions, bundling strategies, and visual merchandising.
  • Monitor and improve retail ATV (average transaction value) & UPT (unit per transaction).
  • Improve customer demo service conversion rate.

2. Retail Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations of retail outlets/pop-ups/counters, ensuring SOP adherence and operational excellence.
  • Optimize inventory flow and stock levels across all locations to prevent over stock and stock outs.
  • Coordinate store launches, refurbishments, and event set-ups.
  • Responsible retail inventory management, loss prevention & shrinkage, stock take accuracy.
  • Participate in new store planning & control store opening readiness consistency.

3. Team Management & Training

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail beauty advisors and supervisors.
  • Implement sales training programs and product knowledge refreshers in collaboration with the education team.
  • Establish performance benchmarks and conduct regular reviews.
  • Improve staff retention & turnover rate , succession planning for key roles.
  • Implement KPI to retail staffs for aligning team with strategic goals and create accountability.
  • Manage manpower allocation & control store operation expenses.

4. Customer Experience

  • Ensure consistent brand experience in-store and through CRM initiatives.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve NPS and repeat purchase rate.
  • Collaborate with marketing for seamless execution of promotions, loyalty programs, and in-store activations.

5. Reporting & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Prepare monthly sales and operations reports for leadership review.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain to align on launch calendars, stock planning, and campaign readiness.
  • Support eCommerce and omni-channel initiatives as needed.

6. Strategic Thinking & Growth Mindset

  • Ability to identify new business opportunities & expansion strategy plan.
  • Responsible competitor benchmark analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing, VDM, NPD & supply chain on any events related to sale.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
