Project Engineer (Welding & Fabrication Factory)
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Take charge of project engineering tasks and ensure all works align with company goals and project requirements.
  • Assist in managing daily operations — including client communication, production coordination, documentation, and reporting.
  • Attend and participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Prepare construction/fabrication documents for submission, approval, and record-keeping.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor project timeline to ensure smooth and timely completion.
  • Lead and guide production teams to meet project targets and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, safety regulations, and technical specifications.
  • Undertake any additional tasks assigned by Management or your Superior.
What We're Looking For:
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Welding, or related field.
  • Experience in welding, metal fabrication, or project engineering is an added advantage (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Able to read technical drawings and familiar with project workflow.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
