Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook and present high quality meals for a family.
  • Source and purchase food ingredients.
  • Manage kitchen operations, budgets and purchasing effectively.
  • Maintain good food hygiene practice & food safety standard.
  • Design and propose menu to the Employer.

Requirements:

  • 3 years working experience in cooking or private kitchen environment is preferred.
  • Commitment to quality.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Possess own transport and work location at Bangsar.
  • Working hours: 10am – 8pm, Monday to Friday. Occasionally OT before/ after working hour/ OT on Saturday/ Sunday/ Public Holiday might be required.
