The Junior Finance Executive will play a supporting role in managing the financial operations of our resort in Langkawi. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, cost control, and compliance with regulatory standards. The Junior Finance Executive will work closely with department heads to support strategic decision-making, maintain financial health, and contribute to the overall success and sustainability of the resort.
- Full Set of Accounts
- Assist on preparation full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, journal entries).
- Ensure timely month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Reporting & Reconciliation
- Assist on preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Assist on bank reconciliations.
- Tax & Statutory Compliance
- Assist on preparation of SST returns and assist in corporate tax submissions.
- Ensure compliance with LHDN, SSM, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS regulations.
- Audit & Documentation
- Assist with annual external audits and provide necessary documents.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting records and supporting documents.
- Budgeting & Cost Monitoring
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Assist on monitoring expenses and highlight any discrepancies or variances.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments for inter-company transactions and claims.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
