About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable and intellectually curious Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in delivering cutting-edge digital asset services aligned with regulatory standards. The role covers the entire software development lifecycle — from front-end interfaces to secure back-end integrations — with an emphasis on blockchain and system scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in full software development lifecycle activities from design to deployment.
  • Develop robust and visually intuitive front-end interfaces.
  • Build and maintain secure, scalable back-end services and APIs.
  • Integrate blockchain technologies ensuring security and compliance.
  • Take full ownership of features from ideation to post-deployment monitoring.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and regulatory teams to deliver reliable solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and continuously enhance system performance, security, and maintainability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in full-stack software development.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to work independently on complex projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Technical Competencies

  • JavaScript: Upper-Intermediate
  • Rust: Intermediate or higher
  • Front-End ): Proficient
  • Version Control (Git): Proficient
  • Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes (hands-on)
  • Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL (proficient)
  • Blockchain & Cryptography: Strong working knowledge
  • Solid Computer Science fundamentals
