Role Overview

We're looking for a
Web Designer
who can design and build landing pages and websites that look great, load fast, and convert well.

You'll work mainly on
HighLevel
and
WordPress
, creating clean layouts, simple animations, and mobile-responsive pages. You'll also use
Figma
to mock up pages and visual directions before development.

This is a
hands-on design and build role
— ideal for someone confident in web layout design and front-end implementation who wants to grow in a fast-moving creative team.

Location

Hybrid (1-2 days per week in office)

• You take pride in clean layout, responsive design, and strong attention to detail
• You're comfortable switching between design, builders, and light coding
• You like fast feedback, clear goals, and learning through doing
• You enjoy collaborating with strategists and creative leads to make ideas real
• You want to grow your technical and creative skills in a small, supportive team

This Is Not Ideal For You If…

• You prefer long design cycles or large corporate environments
• You only want to design in Figma, without touching builders or code
• You expect fully written brand books or wireframes before starting
• You dislike quick iterations or multiple project types

These aren't "bad" traits — they're just not the right fit for our high-velocity, small-team environment.

What You'll Do

• Design and build
  landing pages
  on HighLevel and WordPress (Divi / Elementor)
• Create
  mockups and wireframes
  in Figma based on direction and copy provided
• Build or update
  websites
  for clients — new pages, layout refreshes, image updates
• Ensure designs are mobile-responsive, SEO-friendly, fast-loading
• Ability to edit HTML/CSS for front-end adjustments and responsive layouts
• Collaborate with the Digital Agency Account Manager and Digital Strategist to align design with marketing goals
• Maintain visual consistency and branding across client websites
• Handle small updates or fixes for existing sites as needed

Must-Have

• 1–2 years of experience in web or digital design
• Proficiency in
  WordPress
  (Elementor or similar builders)
• Understanding of
  HTML and CSS
• Competence in Figma
  for mockups and wireframes
• Understanding of responsive and UX-friendly design
• Good eye for design, spacing, and typography
• Clear communication and time-management skills

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with
  HighLevel
  (GoHighLevel)
• Understanding of SEO structure and page optimisation
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or Meta Pixel integration
• Simple motion or interaction design skills
