Restaurant Manager | 6 days | Up to MYR5,500 | Taman Ehsan, KL

Position: Restaurant Manager

Company background: Seafood Restaurant

Salary: MYR4,000 – MYR5,500

Working location: Taman Ehsan, KL

Working day: 6 days per week, 1 off day on weekday

Working time : 4pm – 2am

Responsibilities:

· Oversees daily operations and set SOP to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant on a day-to-day basis.

· Manages staff to ensures employee are well equipped to perform duties. Includes creating work schedules, delegating task, and conducting performance evaluation.

· Ensure customer satisfaction, maintains high standards of food quality and service.

· Responsible for managing restaurant's budget by monitor revenue and expenses.

· Ensure compliance and Safety regulation.

· Inventories management to ensures enough inventories to meet customer demand while minimizing waste.

Requirements:

· At least 5 years working experience in Restaurant.

· Strong leadership skills.

· Ability to quickly resolve issues and make decisions is crucial in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

· Meal allowance and uniform provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
