We are expanding our Malaysia operations and inviting passionate, disciplined, and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing production team.


Position Overview

We are looking for Production Operators (Assembly / Trimming) to support our new manufacturing line in Nibong Tebal.

This role is responsible for performing assembly, trimming, and quality checking tasks on the conveyor production line, ensuring all parts meet quality standards and daily output targets.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily assembly operations according to Work Instructions (WI), Standard Cards, and SOPs.
  • Assemble, fit, and inspect components to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Conduct visual inspection before passing items to the next station.
  • Record daily output, good/reject quantities accurately in the production log.
  • Report any abnormal machine, tooling, or product condition to the Line Leader or QA Inspector.
  • Maintain 5S and housekeeping on the production floor at all times.
  • Adhere to safety rules and wear PPE as required.
  • Support production targets and assist during line changeovers or material replenishment.
  • Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient line operations.

Requirements
  • Education: PMR/PT3 or SPM and above.
  • Experience: No experience required – training will be provided.

  • Skills:

  • Good teamwork and discipline.

  • Able to follow instructions and maintain focus on repetitive tasks.
  • Willing to work on shifts and perform overtime when needed.
  • Attentive to detail and committed to quality work.
