Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and visually driven Investment Deck Designer to support our investment and fundraise initiatives. This role plays a critical part in creating visually impactful and clear presentation materials, including investment pitch decks, fundraising teasers and strategy presentations.

The ideal candidate combines strong presentation design skills with the ability to identify key information and transform complex data and narratives into clear, compelling, and visually engaging materials tailored to our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and refine investment decks (pitch books, capital introduction materials, investor updates, fund teasers) aligned with Crewstone's brand identity and professional tone.
  • Transform complex financial content into high-quality charts, infographics, and data visualizations that enhance clarity and impact via PowerPoint or Canva.
  • Collaborate with back-office teams to gather key data and insights, and work closely with front-office teams to craft tailored presentation decks suited to each audience.
  • Edit, proofread, and refine content to ensure accuracy, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency, while delivering high-quality, fast-turnaround design support during live deals, investor roadshows, and fundraising deadlines.
  • Maintain and update master templates, icon libraries, brand assets, and formatting guides so teams can self-serve basic edits efficiently.
  • Stay current with design trends and best practices in financial storytelling, visual communication, and investment presentation design.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–6 years' experience in a similar presentation or visual design role.
  • Proficient in Canva with a strong portfolio of presentation and visual design work.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, with additional proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / InDesign being an advantage.
  • Good understanding of investment-related content including deal structures, capital raising materials, and investor presentations would be an added advantage.

  • Able to handle confidential information discreetly and work well under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently with internal stakeholders.
