Required Qualifications – Essential Skills:

• Proficiency with Linux OS, including system administration, shell scripting, and troubleshooting.

• Strong understanding of log and observability systems (Splunk, OpenSearch, Elasticsearch).

• Familiarity with ETL tools and data collection mechanisms (Logstash, Fluent Bit, Filebeat).

• Experience with RESTful and token-based API integrations.

• Working knowledge of Docker containerization and image management.

• Understanding of messaging middleware (Kafka) architecture and deployment.

• Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).

• Ability to respond to critical incidents and provide occasional off-hours support.

Technical Skills:

• Languages: Python (required), Java (basic reading/debugging preferred).

• Platforms: Linux, Splunk, OpenSearch, Elasticsearch.

• Tools: Logstash, Fluent Bit, Filebeat, Kafka, Docker, Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD.

• APIs: RESTful, Token-based integrations.

• Version Control: Git/GitLab.

• Proficiency in Chinese for effective communication in a multilingual work environment.

• Understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals (Pods, Services, Deployments).

• Experience with Splunk ES, OpenSearch Dashboards, or Elasticsearch plugin development.

• Familiarity with Python automation frameworks (Requests, httpx, Playwright).

• Interest or experience in AIOps, Observability, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

• Ability to read or debug Java code.

• Experience managing workloads on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
