Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for a Business Analyst, located in Pasir Gudang. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, evaluating business processes, and identifying areas of improvement. Daily tasks will include collaborating with stakeholders to document functional requirements, conducting analysis for decision-making, and ensuring that proposed solutions align with organizational goals. Clear communication and an ability to translate complex information into actionable insights are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and recommend improvements
- Experience with Business Processes and workflows
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and teams effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and critical thinking
- Familiarity with project management frameworks or tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in software development or tech-related projects is advantageous
