Course Counsellor

Responsibilities:

• Recruit students for the college and ensure student enrolment meets the target set.
• Participate in and execute marketing plans and strategies for student recruitment.
• Promote programmes/courses offered by the college through various student enrolment activities such as education fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, and school events.
• Assist students and parents with course inquiries by providing detailed information on course outlines, fee structures, and career pathways.
• Attend to walk-in, call-in, written, and email inquiries.
• Secure appointments and follow up with prospects who did not attend their scheduled appointments.
• Contact new opportunities assigned daily.
• Convert unconverted leads into enrolment opportunities.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any field of study.
• Due to the nature of our client base, we are seeking candidates with strong interpersonal and presentation skills, as well as a strong command of both spoken and written Mandarin and English.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the sales field is required for this position.
• Knowledge and exposure in the Marketing/Business Development would have added an advantage.
• Fresh graduates who are willing to work in a sales environment are encouraged to apply.
