Work Arrangement

We are looking for both full-time and part-time teachers to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

● Providing one-on-one and group classes and adapting teaching methods to engage and support students with different learning styles and abilities.

● Creating detailed lesson plans that outline the objectives, instructional methods, activities, and assessments for each class with inhouse teaching material provided.

● Designing and administering assessments (quizzes, tests, projects) to evaluate student progress.

● Providing timely and constructive feedback on student work and assigning grades.

● Establishing and maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment that promotes learning.

● Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices, educational research, and new teaching technologies.

● Maintaining open and regular communication with the class consultants to keep them informed about student progress, behaviour, and any concerns.

● Collaborating with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to improve the overall educational experience and support students with diverse needs.

Requirements:

● Degree in the related field.

● Proficient in both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with a predominantly Mandarin-speaking customer base.

● Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships with young learners.

● Collaborative work approach with a professional development team, demonstrating strong engagement with students.

● Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.

● Extensive experience in teaching primary school and kindergarten children.

● Proficiency in creating tailored lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students.
