We are currently looking for a BIM Modeller to join our team on a 6-month project basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in BIM modelling and be able to contribute effectively within a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural, structural, or MEP disciplines according to project requirements.
  • Prepare and update 3D models, drawings, and documentation throughout various project stages.
  • Coordinate BIM models across multiple disciplines to ensure accuracy and design consistency.
  • Support the project team with model updates, revisions, and data management in line with company and client BIM standards.
  • Participate in clash detection, model review, and coordination meetings.
  • Ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs according to project milestones.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience as a BIM Modeller.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP) and AutoCAD.
  • Experience using Navisworks, BIM 360, or similar BIM coordination platforms is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of technical drawings, documentation standards, and BIM workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 6 months (project basis, with potential for extension or full-time conversion)
  • Working Hours: Monday–Friday, [8am to 5pm / 9am to 6pm], Saturdays if required due to project urgency.
  • Location: On-site
  • Remuneration: Competitive and based on experience
