About the Job

If you are someone highly motivated, results driven, analytical and a believer of high performance, we want YOU You will work closely with senior consultants in a project team to deliver high-impact solutions to our clients. You will contribute to various aspects of client engagements including but not limited to research, analysis, problem-solving, involvement in Labs and the development of actionable recommendations.

This role is an ideal opportunity for individuals who are looking to build a strong foundation in Consulting, business analysis and the ability to be a creative problem-solver, especially in the areas of economic, social, and business transformation.

What are some of your day-to-day tasks?

Collaborate with project team members to conduct thorough research and gather relevant data to support client engagements.Assist in analysing complex business challenges, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities and solutions.Contribute to the development of insightful and data-driven recommendations that address project needs and objectives.Support development of business proposalsParticipate in client meetings, workshops, Labs, and presentations, showcasing your analytical insights and contributing to discussions.Create and deliver clear and concise reports, presentations, and deliverables that effectively communicate findings and recommendations.Support implementation of recommended solutions, working closely with client teams to ensure successful execution.Stay updated on industry trends, economic and social health of nations, and leading practices in sustainability, governance, and economic development to enhance your consulting expertise and deliver value to our clients.

What will set you apart:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex issues and develop practical solutionsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas effectivelyProficiency in data analysis tools and techniques; experience in working with Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI and other relevant software will be a plus.Comfortable with working in a team environmentAdaptability and a willingness to learn, as well as a proactive approach to tackling challenges and taking on new responsibilities.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.A passion for continuous learning and professional development within the consulting industry.Availability and appetite for travel: Willing to be based in the host country (project location) for 3 months at a time.

Heavy travelling is required based on project needs. Our current projects are based in Malaysia, Middle East and Africa.Occasional non-conventional working hours, especially during project peak
