WE'RE HIRING: E-COMMERCE & OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Location: Semenyih | Full-Time | Fast-Paced Environment

Are you organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment? We're looking for an E-Commerce to join our growing team and help us scale our daily operations across multiple online platforms.

Job Responsibilities

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Manage and process daily orders from Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc.
  • Verify customer details, order items, and shipping info for accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the packing/logistics team to ensure timely and error-free fulfillment.

2. Product Listings & Updates

  • Upload new product listings with accurate descriptions, prices, and stock levels.
  • Ensure all listings are SEO-optimized with high-quality images and clear product details.

3. Customer Service

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat/email in a professional, friendly, and fast-response manner.
  • Resolve order-related issues, returns, and complaints efficiently.
  • Follow up for feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Inventory Monitoring

  • Monitor stock levels and notify the team on restock needs.
  • Support with stocktaking and assist in preparing basic inventory reports.

5. Platform Management

  • Keep online storefronts updated with banners, layouts, and product highlights.
  • Set up vouchers, discounts, and flash sales in line with marketing plans.

6. Reporting & Admin

  • Generate daily sales summaries, invoices, and performance reports.
  • Assist with customer database, financial data entry, or campaign tracking as required.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • SPM/Diploma in Business Admin, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in e-commerce/admin (Fresh grads are welcome to apply).

Skills

  • Familiar with seller center platforms like Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or Lazada.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets & basic admin tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, fast learner & solution-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Able to handle pressure and multitask in a high-speed work setting.
