Registrar Office Executive

JOB PURPOSE
To provide administrative support to the Registrar Office Department. To ensure the confidentiality of student records and academic documentation. To be responsible for the smooth day-to-day administration of the Registrar Office. The goal is to contribute to the efficiency of the Registrar Office by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried out timely and accurately while maintaining excellent service standards.
JOB DESCRIPTION
● To perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the Registrar Office operations.
● To manage few internal and external correspondences, memos, reports, emails and official communications.
● To maintain effective filing and data storage systems for all correspondences, reports, student records and relevant documents.
● To assist in maintaining accurate student records, academic transcripts and documentation.
● To support the processing of student registrations, course additions/withdrawals and program transfers.
● To ensure submissions and documents due to the Registrar are compiled and submitted within given timelines.
● To maintain and update student database systems and academic records management systems.
● To assist in organizing academic events such as orientation programs, convocations and examinations.
● To carry out all duties with complete discretion and high regard for confidentiality.
● To undertake any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Education / Qualification / Experience:
● Degree holders in Education Administration or any related discipline is preferable.
● At least 3 years of relevant working experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational institution.
●Understanding of academic administration and student services is an advantage.
● Familiarity with student information systems or academic records management systems is preferred.
Competencies and Personality:
Proficient in MS Office- Especially MS Excel.
Proficient in English.
Good time management with the ability to prioritize, plan, organize, meet deadlines and manage conflicting demands.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly confidential and meticulous.
Proficient in Data Management and maintenance.
