Wilmar Consultancy Services (WCS) is a subsidiary of Wilmar International Limited, providing end-to-end IT and business consultancy solutions across the Wilmar Group globally.

We specialize in SAP implementation, enterprise system support, application development, and digital innovation to drive operational excellence in manufacturing, trading, and agribusiness sectors.

As we expand our digital capabilities, we are inviting passionate and motivated fresh graduates to join our Fresh Graduate Training Program (FGTP) — a structured pathway designed to develop the next generation of IT professionals and consultants.

Program Overview

The FGTP is a 6-month structured training program combining hands-on project exposure, and mentorship from experienced professionals.

The contract duration is from December 2025 to June 2026.

Throughout the program, you'll gain real-world experience in enterprise technologies and business systems.

The possibility of being on-boarded as a permanent staff upon exemplary performance during the contract period.

Training Tracks

Depending on your academic background and aptitude, you'll be assigned to one of the following focus areas:

  1. SAP Functional

  2. Exposure to modules such as MM / SD / FICO / IM / FM, and or Checkroll

  3. SAP Technical

  4. Exposure to modules such as ABAP and BASIS

  5. Software Developer

  6. Participate in design and development of in-house applications and digital solutions

  7. Functional Analyst

  8. Support and implement Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Terminal Warehouse Management System (TWMS), Wilmar Storage Management System (WSMS) and Packaging Management System (PMS)

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured learning, on-the-job assignments, and project tasks aligned with Wilmar's digital roadmap
  • Assist senior consultants, developers, and project teams in solution design, testing, and deployment
  • Conduct research, documentation, and analysis to support business or system improvement
  • Demonstrate continuous learning, adaptability, and teamwork

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
  • Having experience maximum 2 years, Fresh Graduates is encouraged to apply.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Teams)
  • Excellent presentation skills including slide preparation and delivery of presentation.
