Job Description:

  • Lead daily site activities in the execution of various construction works, job quality, field supervision and loss prevention.
  • Ensure the workers and subcontractors adhere to good housekeeping and implement quality, environmental and safety and health practices.
  • Report construction progress and any factors adversely affecting the project to the Project Manager.
  • Execute all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as relevant and required by the QESH Management System.
  • Determine risks, and opportunities and plan actions and ensure they are implemented.
  • Ensure that daily activities of all trades are pre-planned and promptly carried out by his site personnel.
  • Ensure all materials delivered are as ordered complying with specifications and works are constructed as per contract requirements.
  • Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Job Requirement:

  • A recognized Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Proactive and willing to learn.
  • Independent, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Positive attitude, highly motivated, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Experience in Data Center projects is an added advantage.
  • Work Location: Puchong Prima & Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
