Job Scope /Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets in assigned regions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and customer outreach in both rural and commercial agriculture sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and farmers to enhance product visibility and customer loyalty.
  • Plan, manage, and monitor social media platforms to increase engagement and promote products.
  • Leverage marketing analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, track customer behavior, and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and provide actionable insights for product positioning and promotional planning.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with the agronomy and technical teams to provide customers with product recommendations and technical support tailored to crop and soil requirements.
  • Organize and participate in field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and trade events to promote fertilizer products and educate customers on their benefits and application methods.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, quality service, and resolution of customer issues.
  • Prepare periodic sales and marketing performance reports for management review.
  • To undertake other jobs assigned by superiors as required from time to time.

Requirements: -

· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of marketing or sales experience in the fertilizer or agricultural industry.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Willingness to travel extensively to rural markets and customer sites.
