About the role

We are seeking a diligent and organised Store Clerk to join our team at Southern Cable Sdn Bhd in Kuala Ketil, Kedah. As a full-time Store Clerk, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management and organisation of our warehouse inventory and materials. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the operational excellence of our manufacturing, transportation and logistics business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Receiving, inspecting and processing incoming goods and materials
  2. Accurately recording and maintaining inventory records using our stock management system
  3. Organising and storing materials in designated areas of the warehouse
  4. Fulfilling orders by selecting, packing and dispatching goods as required
  5. Conducting regular stock checks and identifying any discrepancies
  6. Supporting the coordination of warehousing and logistics activities
  7. Assisting with general administrative tasks related to the store operations

What we're looking for

  1. Strong organizational and time management skills with an eye for detail
  2. Competent in using inventory management and stock control software
  3. Able to work well in a team and follow instructions accurately
  4. Good communication and problem-solving skills
  5. Physically fit to perform manual handling tasks
