What you need to be successful

We are seeking innovative strategists who are hungry for knowledge and ready to execute.

A. Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable for Compliance)

• Citizenship: Candidates must be Malaysian Citizens (a strict mandate for MySIP/DTD compliance).
• Work Eligibility: Currently enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited institution of higher learning.
• Program Commitment: Able to participate in the program for a minimum of 4 months (16 weeks).
• Communication: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

B. Core Capabilities

• Curiosity & Ownership: You are inherently curious, challenge the status quo by asking sharp questions, and take full ownership of your project and its outcomes.
• Analytical Aptitude: You are comfortable working with data, possess strong analytical skills, and are proficient in report writing and delivering effective presentations.

• Relevant Field of Study: You should be pursuing a degree in one of the following fields relevant to your application track:

• STEM Fields: Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics.

• Business & Management: Business Management, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Project Management.
• Social Sciences: Mass Communications, Psychology, Linguistics, Human Resources.

Leadership Potential: You can demonstrate leadership and effective time management through your academic record and/or extra-curricular activities.
