About the role

ES BROTHER MOTOR SDN BHD' is seeking an experienced Machanic to join our team in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. As a full-time Machanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a diverse range of motorcycle, ensuring they are operating safely and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in motorcycle
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake checks, and tyre rotations
  • Use a range of tools and equipment to carry out repairs and maintenance
  • Liaise with customers to understand their concerns and provide updates on the status of their motorcycle Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Relevant qualifications or certification in automotive mechanics
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Machanic in the automotive industry
  • Proficient in the diagnosis and repair of a wide range of motorcycle makes and models
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Good customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • A valid driving licence and your own tools
