Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitor financial markets and economic trends to support trading decisions.

  2. Assist in the execution of trades, ensuring accuracy, compliance and optimal timing.

  3. Analyse investment performance, trade data and manage portfolio risk.

  4. Develop and maintain trading models, dashboards and report using tools such as Excel, Python and other platforms.

  5. Provide insights on market movements, liquidity and potential investment opportunities.

  6. Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal risk controls.

  7. Perform post-trade analysis and attribution reporting to evaluate strategy effectiveness.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economic, Mathemathics or related field. CFA or progress towards CFA designation is a plus.

  • 1- 3 years of experience in a trading, investment or financial analytics role.

  • Have strong understanding of financial markets, trading instruments and investment products.

  • Proficiency in financial software/tools

  • Excellent quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory framework in trading.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
