Responsibilities:

  • To Educate The Customer On Current Campaign That We Represent.
  • To Create Brand Awareness To The Public.
  • Managing A Dynamic Team Of Customer Service Representatives.
  • Creating and utilizing various strategies to attract new customers and build brand awareness.
  • Coaching Team Members In Effective Customer Service, Product Knowledge, New Marketing Campaigns.
  • Identify new clients and work with established clients creating an interest in the products and services offered
  • Represent and promote clients' brands at various events, roadshows, and campaigns.
  • Attending events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives to represent the company and its products.
  • Engage and interact with customers face to face
  • Build relationship with customers

Criteria to apply:

  • Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Positive attitude
  • Target and goal oriented
  • Independent
  • Malaysian citizen only

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
