IT Infrastructure Engineer

WHAT'S THE ROLE?

The Network Expert governs reliable and efficient network operations across regions. This role involves providing support for network issues, troubleshooting, and escalating to engineering teams when necessary. Network Experts actively participate in global and regional projects, offering technical insights and implementation support, while also serving as a liaison with engineering teams to align on product and design changes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Network Expert in the IT Delivery team is involved in first and second level support for operation and complex network issues, including troubleshooting and escalation. They manage network infrastructure such as WAN, Gateway, Network Authentication Control, core switches and server room, ensuring high availability and performance. Their role includes coordinating with vendors, handling incident and request management, and contributing to network-centric projects like tech refreshes and global network rollouts. They collaborate across regions, share knowledge, support onboarding, and align with engineering teams to drive efficiency, automation, and strategic improvements.

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems / Technology and holds a CCNA or equivalent certification.
• Over 5 years of global IT support experience with strong proficiency in workstation, network, and infrastructure hardware, alongside 3+ years of hands-on networking experience with Juniper, Cisco (Layers 1–3) and SDWAN.
• Familiar with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform), enterprise monitoring platforms, and basic programming (Python preferred). Skilled in documenting incidents, resolutions, and scalable processes.
• Proven track record in project leadership and stakeholder engagement, with structured, proactive, and independent working style.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels, with a strong team-oriented mindset and ability to coach and share knowledge.
