Overview:

The Centre Operations Consultant supports preschool principals to ensure smooth, compliant, and effective centre operations. The role focuses on operational excellence, centre growth, and adherence to Eduwis SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational guidance to principals on daily centre matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Eduwis SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor centre performance, including enrolment, customer satisfaction, and financial targets.
  • Assist principals in managing budgets, expenses, and operational reports.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and recommend improvements.
  • Support annual centre events and operational readiness.
  • Train and onboard new principals or supervisors to ensure understanding of operational standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in ECE, Management, or related field.
  • 3 years' experience in preschool operations or centre management.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, compliance, and financial basics.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Able to travel to centres and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,200.00 per month
