JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Control stock in/out equipment/goods are properly recorded, checked, stored, and labeled
  • Properly checking and confirming any equipment/goods are in good condition before delivery to customers or bring out to the site
  • Arrangement of transport for delivery of equipment/goods to customers or site
  • Responsible for issuing DO and all inventory documentation using Autocount System
  • Prepare daily and weekly store report to Management
  • Responsible for yearly stock check arrangement and documentation
  • Assist in arrangement work schedule for Technician
  • Assist to loading and unloading of equipment/goods
  • Able to resolve issues related to stock
  • Basic in AV system & electrical knowledge are advantage
  • Other ad-hoc duties and administrative tasks as directed by Management

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM or Diploma
  • Required language(s) : Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required skill(s): Autocount Accounting System, MS Office (Excel,Power Point,Word), Internet application
  • Experience in Audio, Visual & Lighting field will be an added advantage
  • Applicants must be willing to work at Permas Jaya, Johor
  • Able to work in a team and individual as well
  • Responsible, hardworking, strong communication skills and fast learner
  • Punctual and no attendance problem
  • Applicants with short notice and immediate joint are preferred
  • Full time position available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
