Job Scope:

  • Design and produce promotional materials to highlight the academy's updates, events, and achievements.
  • Create engaging visuals for music courses, advertisements, social media, and website content.
  • Develop creative assets for concerts and productions, including posters, banners, and souvenirs.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital and social media platforms.
  • Refresh and refine the corporate identity (CI) to align with current trends.
  • Apply modern design trends to strengthen creative strategy and marketing impact.
  • Support rebranding projects to enhance the academy's image and visibility.
  • Collaborate with the team to share updates and contribute creative ideas.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong ability to manage the full design cycle, from conceptualization to production, while ensuring timely and high-quality output.
  • Excellent sense of international design aesthetics and awareness of global creative trends.
  • Good communication skills in Cantonese and English.
  • Proven experience in brand development and visual identity creation.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and emerging digital design trends.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools such as Canva or similar applications.

  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.Benefits:
