Job Description

  1. Source & participate in lease negotiations, identifying prospective & secure tenants for the shopping mall to meet leasing targets.
  2. Assist to conduct market research in keeping up with market trends & competitor retails development.
  3. Plan and execute the leasing activities for retailers.
  4. Establish & maintain good landlord tenant relationships with existing & potential tenants.
  5. Support the Senior Manager, Leasing in formulating and implementing leasing strategy analysis for rental rate, occupancy rates, planning & implementing tenancy in retail mall.
  6. Attend to tenants' leasing queries, requests and feedback with a view to rectifying or resolving issues for service improvement.
  7. Ensure timely deposit, rental collection, and renewal of tenancy agreements.
  8. Attend to tenancy related matters including negotiation and issue legal documentation, generate leasing report as well as any other related documents with regards to tenancy transactions.
  9. Liaise closely with inter departments on matters pertaining to Fit-Out, Facility Maintenance & Operations.
  10. Analyze tenants' sales & overall performance.

Education Qualifications

  1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent.

Relevant Experience

  1. At least 1 of working experience in Tenancy, Administration, Real Estate or similar.
  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  3. Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  4. Knowledge of the IFCA system is an added advantage.
  5. Preferably Executives specializing in Mall Leasing or equivalent.

  1. A team player, meticulous and customer-oriented with good management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong negotiation skills and experience in dealing with multiple tenant requirements.
