  • Receive stock, check, and distribute items to be displayed on the selling floor.
  • Keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Pack stock for delivery, seal, and tag cartons.
  • Ensure correct shipping information is attached and move completed orders to the shipping area.
  • Keep shelves fully stocked, tidy, and accurately labelled.
  • Return unwanted items to their correct shelf positions and arrange products on shelves.
  • Stock and replace products to avoid any damages.
  • Check expired items and place near expiry items for special promotions.
  • Assist customers and cashiers in verifying prices.
  • Operate scanners, cash registers, and other electronic devices (card terminals, etc.).
  • Accept payments, ensure accuracy of prices and quantities, and provide a receipt to every customer.
  • Process exchanges and resolve complaints.
  • Pack or wrap purchases to ensure safe carrying by customers.
  • Follow all store procedures regarding payment type, vouchers, and promotional offers.
  • Empty trash receptacles and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Assist each other in ensuring smooth store operations.
  • Complete job tasks given by a superior and follow workplace established guidelines and SOPs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
