BonusLink is embarking on an exciting digital transformation journey and we're looking for a
Product Designer
who's passionate about turning everyday challenges into simple, delightful user experiences. You'll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to design features that make our platform intuitive, engaging, and visually consistent.

You'll get to own the full design journey — from understanding user needs and sketching ideas to crafting high-fidelity designs and seeing them come to life in production. This role is perfect for someone with 2–4 years of experience who's eager to grow, learn from feedback, and design products used by thousands of Malaysians every day.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Design Execution:
    Create high-quality wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for mobile and web applications. Work closely with Senior designer to refine concepts and prepare assets for development handoff.
  • User-Centric Approach:
    Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, accessible, and engaging product experiences.
  • Collaboration:
    Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define and refine requirements.
  • Design Systems:
    Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system for our platform, ensuring brand and UX consistency across all touchpoints.
  • User Testing:
    Support usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs to improve user experience.
  • Data-Driven Decisions:
    Collaborate with analytics teams to measure design impact and continuously optimize.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of professional experience as a
    UI/UX Designer
    ,
    Product Designer
    , or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating
    mobile
    and
    web
    design projects.
  • Experience in designing dashboards or data visualization tools for B2B platforms would be a good advantage.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe creative suite and the like.
  • Hands on with AI tools for prototyping initial concepts.
  • Good understanding of UX principles, design systems, and accessibility best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
  • Familiarity with conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to justify design decisions.
  • Comfortable working in agile product development cycles.
