JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform duties as an Account Assistant.
  • Assist in documentation, filing, and maintenance of accounting and administrative records.
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) related functions.
  • Handle accounting data entry, matching of accounting documents, and day-to-day accounting operations across companies.
  • Liaise with agents, company secretaries, government authorities, bankers, and other external parties on administrative-related matters.
  • Perform general administrative office duties and operational support functions.
  • Key in and maintain accurate accounting data entries in the system.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
  • Ensure sufficient stationery and pantry supplies are maintained.
  • Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Superior or Management as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and administrative procedures.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Able to perform accurate data entry with good attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
