Job Description

Minimum Cert/SKM / Diploma with 1 year experience

Basic computer skills

Min. Training required:


• 5S and Safety Training ● Basic QC 7 Tools


• Problem Solving ● Basic Mechanical & Electrical

Responsibilities:


• To program or set initial machine parameter setting for production process.


• To assist in inspection and monitoring of the overall installation and set up of facilities and production lines.


• To assist and collect data on new product from approved sample until mass production mode.


• To conduct operator training on plant regulation, safety, and machinery operation.


• To assist and coordinate Quality Control Circle in the manufacturing activities.


• Perform all the job scope under QC Inspector/ QC Senior Inspector/ Leader/ Supervisor in order to ensure the right product quality is being produced consistently.


• To perform any other duties instructed by superior from time to time.
