About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bar Tender to join our team at ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM' in Larkin Johor. As a fulltime Bar Tender, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality team in a vibrant location.

What you'll be doing

  1. Mixing and preparing a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests' specifications
  2. Maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar area, including restocking and organising supplies
  3. Providing friendly and efficient table service to guests
  4. Adhering to all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
  5. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless dining experience
  6. Assisting with inventory management and stock control
  7. Participating in regular training to enhance your bartending skills and product knowledge

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience as a Bar Tender in a similar hospitality setting
  2. A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  3. Strong mixology skills and knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and bar equipment
  4. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  5. Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  6. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  7. Food hygiene and bartender certification or the willingness to obtain them
