Responsibilities:
- Experience in hands-on Full SET Payroll, Commssion Calculation, KWSP, LHDN, SOCSO, EIS, Levy.
- Handle in Interview arrangement.
- Handle staff inquiry and disciplinary issue.
- Handle staff attendance, leave, claims and etc.
- Handle Outlet Staff Matters.
- Dealing with Govt Department, such as State Govt. Office, Labour Office, Immigration, JKKP.
- Any other tasks will be assigned by the HR & Admin Manager.
Requirements:
- READING AND SPEAKING IN MANDARIN IS A MUST, as work need to dealing with Chinese speaker.
- Good inter-personal skills.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must have own trasport, as the job role are required to travel.
- Strong time management, detailed person and multi-tasking.
- Responsible, positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, patient.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work in Bandar Indahpura, Kulai.
