Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure responsible procurement practices are being met and comply with company objectives, policy & guidelines
  •Preparing and processing purchase orders
  •Analyse & select the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency.
• Manage relationships with organisational network and external vendors for procurement.
• Evaluate supplier's performance based on the organization's criteria.
• Manages the daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing, and following up on purchase orders delivery, and shipment schedules.
• Assist in ongoing records and information review to determine the effectiveness of work processes and procedures.
• Support negotiation efforts with information on agreed contract terms with preferred sellers.
• Undertake any other necessary duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or related field.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, contract law, vendor management, and supply chain best practices.
• Proven track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements.

Pay: RM2, RM2,001.00 per month
