About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the thriving team at WEST DYNAMIC GLOBAL SDN. BHD. as a full-time Forwarding Agent. Based in the vibrant city of Johor Bahru, Johor, you will play a vital role in the company's operations and contribute to its continued growth and success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinate the logistics and transportation of goods internationally and domestically
  2. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of goods
  3. Prepare, verify, and submit import/export customs documentation such as K1, K2, K3, K8, and ZB forms.
  4. Ensure all customs processes and declarations comply with Royal Malaysian Customs, FCZ and related authorities' regulations.
  5. Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the shipping process
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all shipments
  7. Collaborate with the wider team to continuously improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar forwarding agent or logistics role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
  3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  4. Familiarity with freight forwarding workflows, shipment documentation, and cargo movement.
  5. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  6. Possession of a Customs Agent License will be an added advantage.
