Motorcycle Delivery Rider

About the Role:

We're looking for responsible and motivated riders to be part of our delivery team As a Delivery Rider, you'll play a key role in ensuring parcels reach our customers safely, efficiently, and on time.

Your Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver parcels according to assigned routes and company procedures.
• Ensure all items are handled carefully and delivered in perfect condition.
• Communicate professionally with customers for pickups, cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions, and return of funds to the branch.
• Update delivery progress accurately using the Flash Kit mobile app.
• Assist with basic branch operations and other tasks as directed by your supervisor.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid B2 (motorcycle) or D (car) driving license.
• Own a reliable and well-maintained motorcycle or car.
• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Own a smartphone and be comfortable using delivery or navigation apps.
• Clean criminal record.

Jom Sertai Kami- Elaun Insentif Menarik Menanti Anda

Jika lokasi kerja anda di salah satu cawangan tertentu anda akan menerima subsidi RM400 sebulan, selama 2 bulan.

Jika kehadiran penuh 30 hari, dan dalam tempoh 1–30 hari jumlah penghantaran mencapai 1200 parcel, akan mendapat ganjaran sekali gus RM200.

Jika kehadiran penuh 60 hari, dan dalam tempoh 31–60 hari jumlah penghantaran mencapai 1500 parcel, akan mendapat ganjaran sekali gus RM200.

Insentif ini boleh digabungkan – jumlah ganjaran maksimum sehingga RM400.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1, RM5,500.00 per month
