• Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to enhance Nintex’s workflow automation platform.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI solutions into scalable production systems.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and methodologies to ensure innovative application.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and datasets necessary for training and validating AI models.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI systems in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Contribute to the documentation and knowledge sharing of AI development best practices within the team.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning models in a production environment.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of machine learning techniques including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or other AI application domains is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
