Full-time, Monday to Friday. On the ground when there’s a shoot.
You’ll be a creator on the ground with real Malaysian businesses: cafés, clinics, retailers, founders. We make raw, founder-led content that moves sales, not just agency polish. You start alongside our Content Producer and grow into running your own set of clients. That’s the Content Lead path, usually within 6–12 months.
What you’ll do
• Help plan monthly content for each client: angles, hooks, formats. Our Creative Director guides and approves; you bring the ideas.
• Shoot days. You visit the client, find the story on site, direct the owner and staff on camera, and shoot with our Content Producer.
• Brief our editors: selects, captions, what the piece is for. You don’t edit, but you check what comes back.
• Find and brief outside UGC creators when a client needs them.
• Keep clients in the loop with weekly updates and the content calendar, and flag early when someone’s going quiet.
• Work with our interns on production and scheduling. Ads, proposals and editing sit with the founder, the Creative Director and our editors, so your week is content and clients. How the week works
• Monday to Friday. Some weeks are office days for planning and client work; some have a shoot every day.
• Occasional weekend shoots or events. Overtime is paid.
• Clients are across the Klang Valley, so you’ll need your own transport (car or motorbike). Shoot travel outside KL is claimable. You have
• Fresh grad or up to 1 year of experience. An agency internship is a big plus.
• Short-form content you’ve made: your own, a uni project, an internship, a side hustle. We care more that you understand what makes content work than how long you’ve done it.
• An easy way with people. A 50-year-old shop owner and a 22-year-old barista should both be comfortable with you in ten minutes.
• Malay and English, on and off camera.
• Enough organisation to keep multiple clients straight without being reminded. You don’t need A big following, expensive gear, or years of experience. We’ll train you the Herbet way. Pay RM2,800–4,000 depending on experience, overtime paid, expenses covered. EPF, SOCSO and EIS included. To apply Send your CV and three pieces of content you’re proud of, with one line on what each was for. Uni projects, internship work, your own TikTok or IG all count.
