About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive & Content Creator to join our team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This is a full-time position that combines traditional sales responsibilities with modern digital marketing and content creation capabilities. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging potential clients through direct sales efforts whilst simultaneously building our digital presence and brand awareness through compelling content creation. This role is strategic in positioning Borneo Powder Coating as an industry leader in our market, leveraging both face-to-face relationships and digital platforms to expand our customer base and enhance brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and sales
- Promote company powder coating services and follow up with customers
- Create content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
- Assist with video shooting and basic editing
- Communicate with customers in Chinese, Malay and English
- Achieve sales targets and support daily sales activities What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles
- Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and present solutions that drive conversions
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Familiar in digital content creation, including photography, video editing and social media management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members
- Knowledge of powder coating, industrial coatings or related manufacturing processes is highly desirable
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and brand messaging
