About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Material Compliance Engineer to support material compliance activities across our customer programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that compliance requirements are delivered in line with agreed scope, quality, and timelines.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and business units to drive high standards material compliance program for customer products in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
Provide material compliance consultation and reporting support to internal business units and customersPlan and execute material compliance activities for assigned customers, ensuring delivery against defined scope, timelines, and quality expectationsManage end-to-end supplier engagement, including:Sending material composition data requestsMonitoring submission progress and maintaining structured trackingDriving timely follow-up and escalation where requiredDeliver training and guidance to suppliers on material composition requirements to enable accurate and efficient data collectionPerform BOM (Bill of Materials) analysis, including validation against internal databases and identification of data gapsReview and validate supplier submissions (e.g., material declarations, supporting documents, and files), including running compliance checks within internal systemsCompile and consolidate supplier data into material compliance reports for customers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with customer specificationsSupport submission of compliance reports onto customer-designated platforms or reporting systems, where requiredMaintain structured and accurate records by uploading and managing compliance data in relevant systems and databasesCompile and generate material composition reports (standard and customized) to meet customer requirementsStay up to date with environmental regulations (e.g., RoHS, REACH, POP, CA Prop 65, PFAS) and assess their impact on programsProactively monitor progress, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of assigned activitiesMaintain and regularly update master data tables and compliance records, ensuring data accuracy and traceabilityIdentify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, data quality, and ways of workingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance deliverables meet program requirements and deadlinesPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, BE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
